six months!

  

right before Christmas, this boy went and turned six months old!

he really is such a fun little guy.  and good-natured.  he went through a little period of separation anxiety this month...but got over it pretty quickly.

 

henry has his two bottom teeth.  sleeps like a baby, unless the sun is up.  nurses, seemingly, all day. gives kisses. smiles with his whole face.  is a tiny little guy! and is happiest watching finn. 

 

and he hates solids. 

 

but he will get there!

 

and he is perfect to us, just the way he is.

december happenings (only six months later!)

 bringing the tree in the house didn't take long this year...just one day after thanksgiving.  it makes me so giddy.  and finn loved looking at all his special ornaments this year.

finn asked me to do some sewing.  sew we did.  some very rudimentary little bags to wrap his Christmas presents.

to say this baby is a daddy's boy would be a gross understatement.  he absolutely adores ryan. 

this photo makes me miss the early baby days when henry had no real bedtime.  he just hung out with us on the couch while we watched tv at night...nursing, cuddling, until we finally put him down.  we really took advantage of snuggling this boy....its just too good.
