we took the boys to the snow for the first time! henry hated it. finn loved sledding but hated dealing with the gloves and all that. maybe next year it will be better - ha!

we got our Christmas tree out of a truck at Costco. it wasn't as magical as a tree farm but a lot bigger and certainly cheaper!
ryan made all my dreams come true by hanging the vintage big bulb lights we collected from both our grandmas! I can't even explain how happy this made for the entire month!
when i am old and gray (or gray-er, i should say) i may look back at these pictures as my favorite holiday pics of all time. staged? yes. but nothing could take away from those matching jammies and twinkle lights.
